The new product Trim SC610, is a heavy duty, low-foam, non-oil coolant designed for drilling, reaming, and tapping operations where there is a combination of low-speed high torque, down the hole work, and high velocity turning and milling.

The SC610 working solution runs clear and very clean for extended periods, keeping machines and the work environment clean as well. In addition the product offers very high levels of mechanical and chemical lubricity. It has a very low carry-off rate and low make-up rates, with a long sump life. SC610 is easily filtered by gravity or positive media and is easily recycled.

SC610 is particularly well suited for high-strength ferrous metals, super alloys, plus wrought and cast aluminum – everything except gray cast iron.
